David de Gea, Christian Eriksen and more: The Premier League stars running down their contracts

Move windows across Europe eventually closed Monday, but it doesn’t mean questions players are answered.
Key names at some of the main clubs of the country have greater than a year remaining together with extensions to all those deals yet .
In under four months’ time, these players could also be approached by European teams who want to sign them on free transfers at the end of the season – meaning that the Premier League sides will miss out on potentially enormous transfer fees.
Sky Sports News has picked out four of the Premier League players who could be targeted by Europe’s elite in January – and also what their exits would imply.
Manchester United fans were treated that signal a new deal worth around # 375,00 per week and David de Gea had been set to finish the speculation on his future.
The contract would have made him the goalkeeper on the planet but, two months on, it is yet to be signed.
No reason for the delay was given, meaning , although De Gea is still the undisputed No 1 of United, he’s free to speak to new clubs in less than four months’ time.
In July, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said:”As I have said a few times, I think that is going to be up to David and the team to declare if it occurs – if and when.”
De Gea has played every second of United’s four matches to date this season, conceding four goals and recording one sheet.
He showed a repeat of last year’s dip in form when he let Patrick van Aanholt’s stoppage-time winner to go under him.
However, De Gea is still trusted by Solskjaer, also he’s captained the side on three occasions this campaign.
When De Gea does leave Old Trafford – whether that is summer or further down the line – he has a claim to return as one of the Premier League’s greatest goalkeepers.
The Spaniard is simply the fifth man to capture 100 clean sheets in the contest’s history, and of the recent crop of the Premier League , just Joe Hart sits at the standings .
It’s tough to consider a participant in the squad of United they would miss more than De Gea. The simple fact that he can do this for free in under 12 weeks’ time is going to be of wonderful concern to Solskjaer and executive vice chairman Ed Woodward.
The 28-year-old was called United’s player of the year on four occasions – nobody has been given the award.
While United do have two plausible replacements – Dean Henderson and Sergio Romero – currently on their books, neither is of the calibre of De Gea.
While Henderson is just four games to his first effort during a loan spell at Sheffield United, romero has played only seven league at Old Trafford.
1 comforting factor for Solskjaer, should he shed De Gea, is that Woodward has repeatedly shown a willingness to spend big in the transport market – .
Christian Eriksen has made no secret of the fact that he has been considering a move from Tottenham. Back in July, only a month later Spurs tasted defeat in their first ever Champions League final, the Denmark global suggested he’d reached the point in his career where he was ready to”try something new”.
Manchester United and Real Madrid demonstrated interest that summer but a movement failed to materialise, although he has shown no tendency to execute a U-turn and sign up a contract.
On Tuesday, Eriksen told Mr publication Ekstra Bladet he desired he could pick his future”just like in Soccer Manager – but sadly, I can not”.
In August, Mauricio Pochettino said:”The player isn’t influenced about the rumours. There’s nothing to say because we have one year more on the contract, but it is not the best situation for him and for everybody.”
Eriksen has showcased this year despite failing to devote his future to Tottenham. Pochettino started him on the seat for 2 of those – including the win over Aston Villa – signalling a desire to not rely upon a player who has been unwilling to sign a deal that was new.
Eriksen has been able to demonstrate his value though, scoring in the derby draw with Arsenal last weekend. Tellingly, the negative of Pochettino are yet to score this year without the 27-year-old over the pitch.
Eriksen was a key player for Tottenham last time as they secured a top-four place at the Premier League and memorably reached the Champions League final.
He listed more Premier League assists than every other participant for the fifth time in the last six seasons for Spurs, to underline his significance.
So inventive has been Eriksen that Ryan Fraser and Eden Hazard registered assists at the league in the former campaign compared to him.
Eriksen’s ability to consistently offer more assists than anybody else in Tottenham is evidence of why he’d be overlooked if he can leave for summer that is free.
Should that situation come to pass, Spurs will likely have to pay a premium to bring in a replacement of similar grade – some thing chairman Daniel Levy has rarely shown a willingness to perform.
On the other hand, the north Londoners do have another high-quality creative midfielder in Dele Alli, although they have the option to get Giovani Lo Celso out of Real Betis next summer when he impresses on loan this effort.
When it appeared that he had agreed a 180,000-per-week bargain to keep at Chelsea like De Gea, Callum Hudson-Odoi apparently ended question marks over his potential. But for example De Gea, this deal is still waiting for signed.
If that wasn’t concerning enough to the Blues,” German giants Bayern Munich are known admirers of the 18-year-old – using already had four bids turned down this season – and could be ready to pounce if he entered January with just six weeks remaining on his deal.
Back in July, Frank Lampard said:”He is a player that came from your academy; he’s a player that may be a big player for Chelsea and also for England. We as a team, for certain – want him to stay.”
Hudson-Odoi is to play for Chelsea this season as he continues his comeback he suffered in April from Burnley.
But he returned to training weeks ago and the current break could be followed following by also a return.
Hudson-Odoi’s struggles to break into the Chelsea team of Maurizio Sarri last year proved well appointed, but the Italian was eventually unable to withstand the calls on to unleash the teenage winger.
He created a total of 24 appearances as they finished third in the Premier League and won the Europa League, scoring five goals and assisting five in all contests.
Hudson-Odoi’s effect was remarkable, in fact, the he was handed his England debut against the Czech Republic in March by Gareth Southgate.
If Chelsea were unable to hold on Hudson-Odoi, it could have a negative effect both on and off the pitch.
Together with talisman Eden Hazard currently at Real Madrid and skilled Pedro and duo Willian now into the final years of their deals, Chelsea will require Hudson-Odoi in the long and short haul.
Additionally, new head coach Frank Lampard has been shown his willingness to place his faith in youth, which means an academy graduate as talented as Hudson-Odoi has a very good probability of setting himself as a first-team regular at Stamford Bridge when he returns to gym center.
Obtaining curiosity to be turned down by him and devote his future would likewise be a ringing endorsement of Lampard’s project.
The only saving grace for Chelsea if Hudson-Odoi choose to walk away summer, however, would be that they will have cash to invest. While they nevertheless have the windfall from the sale of Hazard burning their pockets, their expenditure has been limited by this season’s transfer ban.
Ryan Fraser hasn’t played with his hand in people as of yet, but the truth is that he can leave Bournemouth for free in the end of the year as matters stand.
Eddie Howe has already confessed he cannot ensure Fraser will probably be at the club next year, although the fact that Arsenal’s interest from the Scottish winger seemed to cool as this summer’s transfer window went could boost the Cherries’ hopes of keeping him.
Back in July, Eddie Howe said:”I never leave guarantees to anybody. It is soccer and you can’t what could happen.
Fraser has performed in all five of their matches to date this year, recording one assist and remains a figure for Bournemouth. The 25-year-old has played with every second of the 2019/20 Premier League effort up to now.
The interest in Fraser of arsenal this summer came as no surprise after his magnificent 2018/19 campaign. He has been in the Vitality Stadium because 2013, since he recorded 14 Premier League aids but last season was a breakthrough for Fraser – just Galactico Hazard needed longer.
It had been the second time in the last few campaigns which Fraser led the way for assists in Eddie Howe’s team.
Fraser has also chipped in with targets for the Cherries, ending as their greatest league scorer in the last two seasons In addition to providing a steady flow of opportunities for his team-mates.
His absence wouldn’t just be felt by his own team around the pitch if Fraser were to exercise his right to depart Bournemouth on a free transfer next summer.
If he were under contract, then Fraser would make certain to attract a fee. While they don’t have too much cash as the top-six sides to recruit a replacement that is comparable losing him nothing would be a bitter pill for the Cherries to swallow.

Simon Thomas’ 30-day challenge for Bloodwise UK reaches Sky Sports

Former Sky Sports presenter Simon Thomas will be undertaking a 30-day challenge for Bloodwise UK after losing his wife.
Gemma Thomas passed away in November 2017, also Simon and his son Ethan have put out to increase awareness of the fact that September is currently Blood Cancer Awareness month.
Day 14 had been spent at Sky Sports, in which Thomas was to select the challenge that was volley before setting off to Carrow Road, at which he and zorb soccer played at half time of the Canaries’ win over Manchester City.
“Blood Cancer Awareness month is September and that’s why I am taking on one challenge daily for Bloodwise, and every day that the challenges have been shocks,” explained Thomas.
“We are attempting first and foremost to raise consciousness, since at the present time it is the fifth most frequent cancer in the country, but if it has to do with cancers it is the third biggest killer.
“As well as raising awareness, Bloodwise have been incredible in assembling a fund in Gemma’s title – the Gemma Thomas finance – along with the cash we have been raising, which I think is only about #5000, is putting money into not just blood cancer research, but in addition acute myeloid leukaemia which is a rare form but this aggressive type.
“For the 3000 or so individuals who get it in the united kingdom annually, the one thing that’s got to change is the survival rate because past five years that the survival rate in the moment for a person who gets serious myeloid leukaemia is just 15 percent which has to change.”
Thomas states the key goal of his string of struggles would be to educate people on the symptoms of cancer.
“We know from here in Sky Sports exactly what Jeff Stelling has been performing with his walks for prostate cancer, that this narrative in terms of educating men about what to look out in regard to prostate cancer and football has been a game-changer,” explained Thomas.
“prostate cancer in the last few years that has had its own game-changer [second ] in terms of girls now being aware of what things to watch out for. The issue with blood cancer is that the symptoms are numerous and they may be varied.
“People at the moment are not up to speed about what to watch out for as well as our price two decades ago, when Gemma started falling sick, we didn’t understand what she was experiencing – the frustrations, the extreme tiredness, the bruise that wouldn’t go were all tell-tale indications that something that was seriously erroneous.
“We’re first off trying to increase awareness because at the second half the UK population can’t name just one blood cancer manifestation and that’s got to change.”
The Ruth Strauss Foundation was set up by former England captain Sir Andrew Strauss in honor of his wife, who died of a rare form of lung cancer.
On day two of the second Ashes Test between Australia and England, everyone was requested to wear red to Lord’s to raise awareness and money . Thomas was unable to attend but says he has personally felt the effect of support from the sporting community.
“I have not fulfilled [Strauss] because what happened but we exchanged messages a tiny bit about how is he doing and he very kindly invited me along to that remarkable day at Lord’s, but we were off at the time and could not proceed,” explained Thomas.
“We have seen through Andrew Strauss and Glenn McGrath – but we felt it somewhat ourselves if that occurred – that there is a huge community within the world of sport and particularly when it comes to soccer.
“I’d countless messages including a lovely letter from Mauricio Pochettino at Tottenham which he composed himself it wasn’t a kind of club-generated letter, he had written it himself. You believed football’s area getting you about and saying’Look this is terrible what has happened to you but we are seeing you’.

The 2016-17 Sharks Look Legit After Stumbling in Cup Final

San Jose is making teal cool again after getting all of the way into the Cup final last year. Although some roster weaknesses were made abundantly clear in their six games with the Penguins in the last string for Lord Stanley’s mug, the Sharks were right on the brink of winning their initial franchise Stanley Cup. They addressed a number of their demands from the offseason and unless era begins to catch up to them, they should be in great position to make another deep playoff run.
The front office didn’t reinvent the wheel on the summer but it did shed some dead weight and also added a forward in Mikkel Boedker who seems like a perfect fit on the scoring unit for the Sharks. Marty Jones proved he has what it takes to be a No. 1 backstop last year along with his 37 wins and .918 save percent and will likely be requested to play 70-plus matches for the Fish if he stays healthy — a first-round choice for Jones now appears like a throw.
Have a look at a few of the Sharks’ futures odds for the upcoming season.
Stanley Cup +1600
Some of you might be hot on the Sharks once they fell just two wins short of winning their first franchise Stanley Cup last season but consider this. Pete DeBoer, head coach of the Sharks, has qualified for the playoffs two times within his eight-year NHL coaching profession. Although he left the finals in both those postseason appearances, he’s got no Stanley Cup rings and really missed the playoffs the year after his team last made it into the Cup final.
That said, San Jose is one of my favorite value plays at 16/1. The educated vets on this team have become steeped in playoff experience and appear to have shed the tag of chokers. If Joe Thornton and Patrick Marleau can contribute 50 percent of what they did last season and save a little gas for the playoffs, this group may be a postseason nightmare.
Western Conference +750
This is a great play. Although teams don’t win back-to-back Western Conference championships quite often — it has happened just three times since 1994 — I am just looking at two teams in Western Conference stocks: this one, along with the Dallas Stars.
The West has turned into a place where traditional play has been greatly outshined by firepower and the Sharks are freaking gunslingers. They were the fourth-highest scoring team in the league last year but were absolutely deadly with the man advantage and scored a league-high 59 on the power play. If Jones can only be strong, this team is going places — good areas, I’m hoping.
Pacific Division +260
The Sharks finished third in their division with 98 points last season but should have no trouble eclipsing that metric in 2016-17 should they enhance just slightly at home. Although they were the very best road team in the show last year (28-10-3), San Jose ended with a gloomy 18-20-3 record in their own building.
That terrible home record was more than an anomaly. The Sharks actually outscored their opponents 73-65 at the SAP Center last season and were on the incorrect side of several one-goal games. Jones might need to improve in SoCal when the Sharks wish to run away with all the Pacific like they could — San Jose had the fourth-worst house save percentage in the league last year.
Complete Season Points OVER/UNDER 100.5
If you have taken in anything I’ve written so far, you will know I think that the OVER here is an easy bet. This group could have contested the Capitals for the Presidents’ Trophy had they not lost so many close games in the home.
Brent Burns Norris Trophy +700
Brent”The Beard” Burns, what a hockey player this man is. He paced all defensemen in goals last season with 27 while also leading ALL skaters in individual Corsi, yet he obtained only three first-place votes to the Norris. The voting for the best defenseman is obviously somewhat wonky — and skewed toward bigger markets — but you need to think Burns has now paid his dues and ought to be a shoo-in if he has another season like he did at 2015-16 and when the Sharks are equally as good as I believe they’ll be.

Scamming practices from ggbet

TLDR; ggbet abuses their atrocious range of policies towards practices which I would consider scam

So after their response and Q & A within their marketing attempt to save their brand image, I decided to give ggbet a shot.
As a preface, I am currently using 4 additional’mainstream’ sites and am mindful of betting schemes like”bonus” that demands a particular bet, which was the problem last time.
At this time I’d love to bring up what I’d consider an insult within their policies.
What happened:
I made two bets on the exact same game, on two distinct lines (first blood and first 10 kills) in the specific same time.
Bets
2×50 f10
1×100 fb
One got canceled for unknown and undisclosed factors. The fact that the winning one is canceled while the losing one is not may add suspicion, but is not the point I’m trying to create. It is how they could cancel ANY bets, WITHOUT giving you some reasons. This is, of course, stated in their rules.

In this regard our service team made a request to the specialists responsible for the acceptance and cancellation of stakes and now we are happy to provide you with an answer. Scamming practices from ggbet

TLDR abuses their already atrocious Assortment of policies towards practices which I would consider scam

So after their reply and Q & A within their advertising attempt to conserve their new image, I chose to give ggbet a shot.
As a preface, I’m now using 4 other’mainstream’ websites and am mindful of betting schemes like”bonus” that requires a particular bet, which has been the problem last time.
Right now I’d like to bring up what I’d consider an insult in their policies.
What happened:
I made two stakes on the exact same match, on two different lines (first blood and first 10 kills) in the exact same time.
Bets
2×50 f10
1×100 fb
One got canceled for reasons. The simple fact that the winning person is canceled while the losing one is not may add suspicion, but is not the point I am attempting to create. It is how they can cancel ANY bets, WITHOUT providing you any reasons. That is, of course, said in their rules.
